Kingsmill Big Lunch - Eden Project tickets.

I had an email in July to say I had won a family ticket to the Eden Project - from the big Lunch competition and have yet to receive them. I have emailed a few times now and have never received an acknowledgement or answer.

Has anyone received their tickets yet?

Have you tried posting on their facebook page? sometimes a good response comes back after a public post on there.

Thanks sparky61 - I have just done it - tend to be a little cautious about pushing for things as realised it was a big comp with alot of winners - but am thinking I have got lost somewhere in the system.
