I don't understand this seller:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/dan7961437221/m.html?item=271076241971&_uhb=1&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f1d673233&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562
He has 80 single screws listed for sale, all collection only, what is the point to all this? Why would anyone want to collect a 1p screw from somewhere?
Plus all his feedback is private?

Looks like f/b manipulation, in other words people are buying good feedback to boost their ratings and stars.
Feedback isnt private though the seller has the private setting on for his auctions. That setting is generally used for more intimate, sensitive items.0 -
This is quite normal in listings by car breaker's, or by private sellers breaking a car. You contact them for whatever part of the car you require, eg right wing mirror, and get a price according to availability and condition, and usually a quote for postage as well, which would depend on how heavy/how many parts purchased. It is almost impossible to list every bit that can be broken from a car, so the seller lists a screw or dust cap instead. When a price is agreed, the seller lists a buy it now - or not if the deal is done off eBay.
Here are a couple of other examples:

Looks like he is trying to boost his feedback so the negs/neutrals are less of a percentage...along with his DSR.0
