@Theregoestrouble Lucky lucky you.
We have TXMax in town but I have had so many bad experiences in there due to the quality of the merchandise that I never visited.
But if it is as you say and these I take it are genuine, then you are lucky indeed. What type are they? I imagine Hunter only sold a limited amount through the store.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

Well, at the moment, they are sitting outside the front door covered in horse pooI was going to keep them for best, but then I figured that they'd never get worn and I've worn them almost every day for over 2 years and they are still going very strong. They fit like a glove and I could (and do) walk miles in them. I'm not sure that they are the most economical, unless they are going to last for the equivalent of 3 pairs of hunters (they may well do this though, given that my last hunters split within about 18 months!)
The only thing I'd say is that people swore they were warm and while they are warmer than "normal" wellies, I still resort to my trusty Muck Boot Co boots when it gets very cold0 -

They're Huntress type, I find those fit my leg shape better than plain Hunters. I don't know if they've had any more since because I only look in there when I need something. My first pair lasted over ten years and my second pair did more than that. This pair are 2 years old but haven't had as much annual use yet, looks like that will change this winter!0 -
I am just relieved us wider calved ladies can buy wellies with calve adjustments.
I am trying/going to try to keep my Hunters super clean so they last longer including buffering up.
Speaking of which I found a cleaner that is better than Hunters Proprietary Brands (bar those seductive but expensive Boot sooks...hmmmm) which is sold to Horsemen and other hardy types.
Perhaps we should talk about cleaning the damm things and keeping them in the very best condition.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
