in Credit cards
After receiving this week's money saving email I had a look at the Halifax 0% offer, and it has changed from the deal in Martin's article. It's now 0% on purchases and balance transfers for 12 months, and transfers have a 2% fee, up to £50 max.

Just checked that the Halifax site seems to say it is a 2% charge with no max limit.0

I've just got a credit agreement through the post for the Halifax MENCAP charity card at 0% for 9 months on BTs, which I applied for last week.
The 2% charge will not be applicable to this, will it?
