Download Stops Halfway Through!

I'm with Sky BB.
For the last couple of weeks, every time I download a file like a music file from Soundcloud, the download just stops half way through, and then finishes off as if it's finished.
Also when watching Youtube, I get about half way through a video and it just buffers and buffers, and I can never watch the remainder of the video.
I also encountered this on 4oD, got so far and the program stopped and buffered and refused to start up again.
It's definitely my BB as I create a hotspot with my phone and connect the pc to that and the downloads work perfectly;)
Anyone any idea what is causing this and how it can be put right please?
