    Evening all :hello:

Today I have spent £21 at the hairdresser's, but it DESPERATELY needed doing so I'm ok with that. Then I went to Sainsbury's - but that's in food budget

I bought two bananas (fruit is good for me:rotfl: ) and it was that or chocolate so went for the healthy (and actually cheaper) option.

Pap how on earth did you make all that? ya gotta give me some tips i can barely make 20 paninis in an hour!d'oh!
anyhoo spent £100 paying off the last of a bill which sucks as i now have about £3 before am back in my overdraft grr!! need to get going on ebay! apart from that nowt! no time too. C x
  • I have to confess, I had a massive splurge over Easter - the first since my LBM: proper laptop rucksack (£40) to replace my knackered £5 satchel thing, haircut and highlights (£80) to make me feel better after a rotten few months...these are covered by my £120 cashback from Quidco. Of course then I was on a roll so bought a new book , but through Quidco and WHSmith so got it cheap.

Then I bought some new jeans and work trews, a work top and going-outy top, and a summer jacket (£100 in all ) And you know, whilst it's nice to have some new stuff to replace my tatty old crap, I didn't get the same buzz out of it as I used to. I think DFW has brainwashed me!

Anyway, to get to the point...I spent about £7 today (foil, batteries for mp3 player and shoe polish) No splurging. Think I am back on track...

Well, after my NSD yesterday (first in months) I had a bit of a wobble today.
3 cans of pop from the machine in work - £1.50 (I know!!)
£3.70 in the garage (naughty cigs and chewing gum (yes, I know!!!!)
86p on Bisto gravy - essential for mash - mash just isn't mash without gravy!!

    So a total of £6.06p!!:o
Will try to spend nothing tomorrow!

hi ciara, i just do, my first set of sandwiches (the same amount) the first time i made them to nearly 2 hours without labeling  now i do 12 at once, pack them, seal them and date dot them :) then they only need labeling (with the filling) and there done... baggetes i do them all at one, all cut, all buttered, all filled with salad, all filled with various fillings, bagged, sealed, date doted and labeled :D jacket pots are easy and thats just filling little pots :) i am the whizz in our coffee shop i am now the princess sandwich maker (the queen is still there buit i have taken over her best time) ;) and i must say all of that was done while serving customers too :T

its a sad little world i lead but when you have to make that many sandwiches with no company/music/radio and bugging customers it keeps me sane... its the only job that i dont mind doing no one else will do them, none will get done tom and i will do them again thursday, i dread to think what they will do when i start my holiday monday

My first post in aggggeeeees, somewhat with my tail between my legs. I've been spending like a trooper recently, watching my debt free date spiral off into the future.

I don't *think* I've actually spent anything today so I'll take it as my first no spend day of the rest of the month. I can't possibly need to buy anything more in the next 20 days I hope....

today has been a nsd, in fact I'm £1 up as I found a squid in a locker at work! Going to the yoga class this evening but am planning on leaving my purse at home.

    keep it low folks :T

erm take two. was distracted from study by a terrible terrible man! he tempted me into his evil beer garden! spent £1.20 on a diet iron bru (see not all that bad) then gave me a £2 coin for food, though I never bought any so I never spent anything either :D
