Resigned from job - moving to Weston-super-mare....can I claim benefit?

From the end of this week, I will resign from my job after five years working in the public sector.
I was given a voluntary redundancy option, but due to me moving to Weston-super-mare to be near my family and the fact my landlord has made my life hell, I had to take the quicker option of resigning and working my four weeks notice. I was approved for this, but they expected me to stay for three months. Unfortunately, I would be homeless in this time and have missed out on 5k.
I claim DLA, and my partner claims ESA. My partner's brother claims Carers, and he will switch to JSA. I do wish to look after my partner, and work part-time.
Is it possible if I can claim any benefit such as JSA, Income Support or Carers?

You can claim CA if your partner is getting DLA of MRC or HRC, and you provide 35 hours of care a week and earn no more than £100. If your partner is not getting DLA then you will not be able to claim.
You get DLA so if CA is not an option then you should consider ESA for yourself.
