Free Cavity Wall / Loft Insulation

I'm looking at going for one of these "Free Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation" offers on at the moment....anything to beware of?

I'm pretty sure the loft insulation is thin (original 1975 fibreglass stuff). I think there's an air vent in the loft. There won't be any cavity wall insulation but the front and back of the house are 2/3 covered with tile, so that could be a difficult job without wrecking them.

Any extra charges i'm likely to be hit with? None of them should charge me if I just call them out for a survey should they? And anybody had it done with a story to tell?
