Well done! I got my letter from Nat West tues this week about missold Mortgage protection insurance. Despite sending them everything according to their letter I dont have mortgage protection insurance. I have printed my bank statement off last payment 2nd Nov Mortgage protection insurance, 2 policies totalling just over £25 a month. I have also enclosed two recent letters they sent me titled Changes to your Mortgage protection insurance. What mortgage protection! I dont have any??????????????? Nothings changed , name/address same. I think they are trying to fob me off?0
