Took There Time But I Have Yet Again Recieved The Same Letter Different Date its worded different this time now saying
Last Month We Gave You The Opportunity To Avoid Further Action And Clear Your Account With A Fantastic Discount. This Discount Is Higher Than Our Account Managers Can Normally Offer You So Were Dissapointed You Failed To Respond However We Are Extending This Offer Untill The End Of November.
Pay £1,197.12 before 30th november 2012
We Pay £2,223.22 To Clear The Rest
There Is Nothing On My Equifax Account Showing Apart From My Bank Account

Hi Rockstar. Did you send Active Capital the statute barred letter? If not get it sent, if you did, go to the link in post No 4, then find Fermis letter in post 4 and send that. hth0
