LCS Utility Investigation

Hi,
I switched my gas supply from British Gas to Npower on the 5th October. I am awaiting a final bill from BG but have received a letter from LCS stating that they are conducting an investigation into the utility supply at my house.
They have asked for a number of details including the previous occupant and the landlords name and address (this is a rented property).
What should I do with this letter? I have spoken with my letting agent who has said that if I forward the letter to him he will deal with this, but I don't want to hand it to him and then find out that I will have to pay money for gas that I did not use.
When we moved into the house, there were a number of envelopes from British Gas and EDF Energy addressed to the previous occupant with unpaid bills.
Thanks in advance.

I think you should forward the letter to your letting agent and allow him to deal with this :cool:Thibault_Pinot wrote: »Hi,

If you don't owe the money, what makes you think you'll have to pay? :huh:0
