Redundancy process problem

Position is Im at risk together with colleagues - company is doing all the 'right' things in terms of process, and have issued scores based on performance etc etc. No problem with that (we have a chance eto challenge this) but Ive found out that some members of staff have already been informed that they are 'safe' - which makes me think that the decisions have already been made adn Im going through the motions. This seems unfair (and rather daft, as they could have just waited until the process had completed) - advice on how to react please??

It is not clear the time line of actual events
have the scores been done and time to discuss raise issues with the scores?
if no outstanding issues or only one person raising issues then that would make the outcome predictable allready so why not let people know where there will be no change.
I think the only think you can ask is why are some people being told they are safe if the process is not complete.0
