Applied For Judgment !?

Hi there, ive been lurking this site since January but finally decided to register today, you have all been a fantastic source of information to me while reclaiming my charges.

I initially filed a MCOL form back in march and at the end of the 14 days Barclays acknoledged the claim which gave them an additional 14 days to enter a defence.

This extension ran out on saturday and i have just this second entered an application for judgement and the status on this in MCOL site says its gone to a judge for validation before it gets sent to the bank.

does this mean i have won now or can my bank still throw a spanner in the works ?

And if i have won, how long does it take normally for a judge to validate the judgement, send it and get my money back ?

Sorry to bump this thread back up, I cant seem to get any work today as i keep checking MCOL but i dont know what happens next or how long it takes,

has anybody else been in this position ?

Hi in the same positon as yourself requested judgment today BUT have just read that Barclays can sometimes enter defence up to 8 days late! Not right lets keep our fingers crossed they miss us out !

Im in similar position. Told today my case had been reffered to a district judge as YB have ask to have the claim struck off. Its a waiting game for us.

Just checked online this morning to find my judgement request has been rejected and i cannot continue with my claim on line.

Does this mean i have lossed ? Im a bit sick with worry at the moment

Same as myself mine has been rejected think it means Barclays have entered a defence. We will have to wait to here from the courts now. We can all get support from this site we will all get there in the end just the banks delaying things I am afraid
