its all well them saying sorry but are they going to draw extra from every hour that they miss or extend it?

Right, realistically people should just try it once an hour. If you can't get through make a note of the hours and email:
help@timesplus.co.uk
That's what I did with the Netaporter comp and I received an email stating that they had put me in the draw for the three comp hours that I couldn't log on.
They will know when it's back as well so don't try and be sneaky!

Managed the first couple of hours but only had one confirmation for the first hours so not a clue as to it they have the second one, what a pain as yesterdays seemed to run so smooth!

Been two days since I sent an email to that address and still awaiting a reply, suppose make a nice bold subject on the email and it might work

Reading back through the live chat on times website the customer service dude said that in the past they have rolled it over to the next hour.... So if noone has / is able to manage submitting for 11am one then 2 winners should be drawn at 12. Also states that "live chat will resume later today" no good to us lol
