My wife and I want to divorce, it's completely amicable and there is no contest, no children and no assets/money to really consider. We just reached a point where we decided that we've drifted into the friendzone and want to split so we can both move on.

So is it really doable for just £65? Seems to have Tesco seal of approval.

Hello, no you still have to pay the court fee of I think about £340, then another £70 odd for the final papers. I would bother using the Tesco kit to be honest. The court forms and guidance are all very straight forward. I'll try and post a link.
I'm never offended by debate & opinions. As a wise man called Voltaire once said, "I disagree with what you say, but will defend until death your right to say it."
Mortgage is my only debt - Original mortgage - January 2008 = £88,400, March 2014 = £47,000 Chipping away slowly! Now saving to move.

Standard court fees apply of £385.00.

Guess I'll have to try and save

    *Edit

Says that because I get Working Tax credit I don't have to pay the court fees?
