Whistler Crystal Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The prize is a 7 night Crystal Holiday for two adults including Crystal Finest accommodation, return flights with Air Canada and return transfers, lift passes, Whistler and Vancouver attraction tickets, one Marmot Jacket and Pants set (worth up to £490 - subject to availability) and one Edge & Wax voucher for £250.
2. The prize accommodation is five nights at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, in a Fairmont room on a room only board basis and two nights at the Fairmont Waterfront, Vancouver staying in a Fairmont room on a bed and breakfast board basis.
3. The Whistler attractions tickets consists of two passes for; Snowmobile with Blackcomb Snowmobile; Dog-sledding; TAG – Zoom Zipline; Whistler tasting tours – lunch tour; Scandinavia Spa passes.
4. Vancouver attractions tickets consists of two passes for; the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, The Vancouver Lookout, Beer Makes History Better with Tour Guys and the Vancouver Trolley Hop-on Hop-off tour.
5. The prize does not include any additional incurred costs above and beyond the items stated in the prize details.
6. Lift pass cost will not be refunded if purchased separately.
7. Flights are with Air Canada to Vancouver International Airport from either London Heathrow, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle or Belfast International Airport.
8. Return transfers include one-way Vancouver International Airport to Whistler, Whistler to Vancouver downtown and from Vancouver downtown to Vancouver International Airport.
9. The prize is subject to availability and change. The prize is valid for stays from 1 November 2012 – 30 April 2013 excluding stays between 20 December 2012 – 1 January 2013 and 23 – 29 January 2013.
10. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Fall-Line Media Ltd and TUI Travel PLC, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the draw.
11. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Entries must be via https://www.fall-line.co.uk/crystalcomp and must be received by midnight on 10 December 2012. Entries are limited to one per household. Multiple or late entries, or entries sent through agents or third parties will not be accepted. No purchase is necessary.
13. The winner will be selected at random from all the entries received by the closing date and will be notified within 10 days of this date. The prize must be claimed within 28 days of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or the winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter will re-draw another winner.
14. This prize may be offered in a limited number of other promotions.
15. The prize is subject to availability and change.
16. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
17. The prize does not include travel in the UK between the winner’s home and the airport, travel insurance, passports, visas, personal expenditure, food and drink or other costs except where stated. It is a condition of travel that the prizewinner and their guest have suitable, valid travel insurance and valid passports.
18. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control it is not possible to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of no lesser value. The Promoter’s choice of alternative prize is final.
19. We reserve the right to feature the names, photographs and locations of winners in future promotions.
20. Fall-Line Ltd is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with provision on the prize are the responsibility of TUI Travel PLC.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for resultant loss or damage to persons or properties (other than death or personal injury due to negligence of the Promoter’s or their agents) as a result of this prize being awarded.
