Yesterday I had 15 ratings and 5.0/5.0 for everything.
Last night I received an additional rating, so went up to 16 ratings and 5.0/5.0 for everything except P&P which had dropped to 4.5/5.0.
I thought this was quite possible as I had sent something special delivery and charged £4.10 (it does actually cost £4.10) and I could understand that the buyer may have thought I was being a bit picky sending it this way.
Anyway, my confusion is now that I still have 16 ratings but all my stars are back up to 5.0/5.0.
How could this have occurred? Is the average only recalculated once a day?
I know it doesn't matter in the scale of things, but I am just curious.

My star ratings keep going from 95 to 68. Spoke to live help, but they knew nothing about it (dont think US has feedback 2.0 yet)
Think its maybe got some teething errors.0
