32 inch sony 3d tv for under £300

I've just seen a 32 inch 3d sony TV for under £300.
Model number KLV-32HX550 - sadly the only instruction manual I can find online is in chinese.
The website lists the tv as 1366x738 - which doesn't sound great to me.
The manual says it takes higher resolution inputs but the screen resolution is only 1366x738.
Anyone have a strong opinion.
Does this sound like a good purchase or will the lower resolution be noticeable?

Well it is not true HD, HD resolution is 1920 x 1080.
If all you can find are chinese manuals, and I have just Googled that model and it all comes up with chinese type sites, I would forget it.
Is it a UK site you found it on ? it could well be it is foreign organisation using a .co.uk name. Check the whois references, although that does not always give you the truth.

Unless you are going to be watching it from less than 3 feet, you'd not notice the difference between 1366x768 and 1920x1080 full HD simply because the human eye doesn't have a high enough resolution.0 -
Two main concerns:
Sony TVs, even those sporting 400hz motionflow (And costing £600ish) struggle with active 3d, with quite bad crosstalk, so a cheap, 768 res model would likely be borderline useless in 3d unless it was passive 3d. If it's passive 3d, you'll be halving your resolution when watching in 3d, and so will be watching 3d content at just over half standard def resolution.
That isn't good.
Not to mention that sony TVs lately seem to have very cold picture quality where skin tones are pale and you can oversaturate the colour to compensate but then everything else just looks wrong.
