Thanks for sharing I've copied some of your list to use on my next shop

Yes it's a good starter list but the APG produced was not massive- needs something adding to get closer to the cap :D

So I went for whoopsies... and I'm still cheeseless :( But i did get a bag of tangerines for 16p, some huge tuna steaks for 67p and two pieces of organic salmon for 70p. I also wombled a receipt worth £98 :j and found a till spit for £1 off millicano coffee so I'll use that with my 75p off. But my best buy was the fabulous flowers I got... Total paid was £2

I hope she is? I don't think anyone knows? Last time she posted she thought that she was going to be sectioned, it was most distressing.

Thanks for posting your list. Can I ask where in store you found the Greens? Its just reminded me that I still havent found any :o

Home baking aisle - caramelle tends to be 50p everywhere so it's a good filler using the print off moc.

No greens though in my small t and I can't find it in the next nearest huge one either ...

I can see you are in a party mood Stinky have you been on that Albali again? I remember you said you didn't like it. ;) But talking of singing our faces off, I have been playing my Squeeze cd today, very loudly and singing along, again very loudly. :oIts all about raising your vibrations apparently? Still the good news is my bp is really good, though I do have waterwork problems and I won't go into detail about when I went to the Dr's last week for a womans thing. Needless to say I found the whole ordeal traumatic. :( xxx
