Did you try the new bistro in Porthleven 'The Square'?? Its owned by the same people who run the pub in Perranuthnoe, The Victoria Inn - both have an excellent reputation for good food - I am lucky enough to live local and can vouch for both!! The pasties from the Horse and Jockey in Porthleven are some of the best in the area!! When we moved down here from Nottingham, 12 years ago, I put on 3 stones in weight, through eating too many pasties!!!:o

Thanx for that we might try The Square,as we are staying in Porthleven, we were at Perranuthnoe this afternoon.

Can you name and shame Spiraling? I've not been turned down in any store recently though I did have a squeaky bum moment when the young chap in the larger B'gor store checked with his supervisor but she actually said yes! Normally that stores refuses anything without a green tick.

Can any of the locals give me a hand please? I've been chatting with Raven about the £1 Lenor but I will swear I haven't found it. I've tried a few local stores (Ards/B'gor area) plus N'breda but I haven't found it. Can anyone tell me for sure which stores carry it please? Thanks folks.

Used to be spr1ngh1ll wouldn't accept any, then they took safe coupons only but like you found 2weeks ago they took both beans and reloaded, I asked at CS before picking some up as I didn't want embarrassement at till and like you they said yes.
The other store was nwetownabbey. They were quite rude about it but HO CS didn't want to know and said I must have been mistaken about what the supervisor said. I don't think anyone would take the line 'you're comitting fraud by using more than one of each, you're basically stealing from the store' any other way than it was said.

As for the lenor, I haven't come across any yet but I think yorkgate usually had it. I think one of the other locals mentioned it on the thread before.

my to do list just gets longer and longer so well done :)

Im useless at whoopsie shopping. I either time it wrong or feel sorry for the poor besieged SA and leave it :o

does anyone have any tips for bzz? i have done all the surveys etc but still not getting anywhere, thanks :)

I split the to do list into A column or B column. A column are things that have to be done right now, right today or the world will stop turning. THe b list is everything else, all the tedious stuff that cam wait until tommorow ...

Bzz - I check 2 or 3 times a week for new surveys and all of the reviews I do I also tweet and fb . I've also started loading photos. My score is nearly always 9.8 but it takes a bit of work to keep it at that level

Ellie it really did work a treat and when he went for "freshers meet" a few weeks before he left, he told some of them too and they all did it :T:T:T:T

Don't forget to buy more door stops when they are cheap!they vanish on moving day.I am busy making lasagnes and various dishes to freeze as my D/D will be home for a reading week in a couple of weeks and will take them back.My advice still stands good on don't lend money,we had lots of problems with house mates not paying their share of the bills and this has toughened up my D/D for future.

Hope Alex got his watch back from Paul Dickov (Oldhams manager they scored in 97th minute against Sheffield Utd last week) he might need it for Fergie time. ;)

Crikes ...if it's 5 - nil I'll need a coffee or 2 to sober up and besides I've only 4 tins in the fridge :)
