The barcode only has 19 digits, instead of the usual 20. I entered it anyway and it didn't recognise it so I thought maybe a digit had been missed off in printing? I have tried adding 0-9 at the beginning and end of the last group of digits with no luck.
Anyone else had this problem??? I am stumped and :mad: because I'm expecting around £10 APG along with my £5 off £40.
Really grateful if anyone has any ideas?
Hi on mine from yesterday it had a random number 5 at the end of the barcode if this helps. ps how do i subscribe to this thread. i just joined today0 -

do you have a diifferent reciept to hand? When i go to apg site it says the barcode will be between 16 and 22 numbers long....not sure whether the amount of numbers is store specific...so if you had another reciept to check, you'd know how many yours 'should' have....and if one is missing iykwim? If thats not the case, then I'd ring CS and see if they can helphoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
Afternoon everyone - just caught up now and need more coffee as I've went all googly eyed with the amount of pages to read :rotfl:
Fab cakes Tiger (and cookies too - I've got some oat and raisin ones in the oven just now).
Well done aau1 - how are the legs today?
Managed to get some cheese over the weekend from Sada which all compared nicely so big thanks to the OP yet again.
And a MAHOOSIVE thanks to couponqueen123 for finding the 60p reams of paper - found a few packs in the stationery aisle beside the rest of the paper. Had no price but it scanned at 60p so I went back and got a few packs more, rude not to at that price as we go through so much
Right off to check on my cookies...............0 -

Thats so true:T:TI am actually having 3 or 4 no spend days on the trot and love it.At the moment I'm trying not to buy whoopsies as trying to get the freezers down for Xmas;)
Yep same here I am trying to get down to 2 freezers and defrost the 2 that don't automatically do it. Need to get it done before christmas and all that cheap food.
Have been giving carrier bags full to family, to clear some stuff many the DTD lamb joints which we don't like.
Howver the rate we are aquring the tins and dry goods might need to lose a freezer anyway.

My other one from today has 20 digits and it ok. 2 shops done together so it's really puzzling. I'm going to have a cup of coffee and a deep breath before I ring CS, I never get nice people when I ring:(
I will be telling them I have checked the prices myself and noticed the cheese is considerably cheaper elsewhere and I was expecting a voucher for the difference. Wish me luck!0
