    It is a good idea - best price was the best at putting up lists and I really miss them. The trouble with my shops is that once you have been getting bargains for awhile there is not that much we actually need so my lists usually only have milk, bread fruit and veg and sometimes the obligatory cheapy fillers. I loved your wise words regarding the £5 off £40 shop - as the apg is capped at £15 I would rather not spend too much to get a good return :beer:

    Oooh we haven't got any in the south of the region when I looked earlier in the week so they might have reached us - will have a look round over the weekend in the stores down here.

    I already checked on my last visit; no socks, no magazines, no leaflets, no slow cookers... :( both scanners are now broken anyway, have reported it... we'll see what happens :)

    Sorry, don't agree, I don't think it has anything to do with the length of time people have been posting or even who they are (I've not met a single person from this thread other than in cyber space). I got a copy of the voucher when it first came out but have not used it or passed it on as I think it was issued for a specific reason. However, if others wish to pass it on, that is entirely up to them, we are mostely adults on this forum so it is up to the individual to decide to whom and how they wish to distribute it. Please don't jump to conclusions and stick to the facts.

    I agree.

    A few months ago there was a lot of stuff going on with a voucher fir Wrights bread mix. This got the usual coupon treatment, and the. It came out that it was actually a charity coupon.

    Most people stopped using it immediately and even donated to the specific charity, but there was a minority who carried on.

    The voucher got pulled before time and the charity lost out on a fair amount of money.

    This is why you are seeing posts about a voucher being a charity one

    Re baxters coupons.... I don't know the ins and outs of who uses it or why they dont, but a link is on the printable coupon thread
  • I just thought I would share my eureka moment on here.

    I've been getting the original flavour Reloaded from Tesco at a price of -85p (PP v Asda), but I have also had some of the Lemon flavoured ones from tesco as well. In my opinion, the original reloaded are absolutely vile so I give them away, but each to their own. I think the lemon ones are ok, a bit like a bitter lemon drink. I've also been getting the orange ones from Asda & I'd rate them 6/10, same as the lemon ones.

    I got some of the Koppaberg Pear Cider from Asda the other day at £2.15 for 4 cans. Now, to me, these are very very sweet.

    So, what have I done?

    Half koppaberg pear cider, half Reloaded lemon. Its very nice

    Cost = -85p/reloaded & 54p for the koppaberg.

    In the words of Lloyd Bridges "looks like I picked the wrong week to quit drinking!!!!"
