I mistakenly thought uglybugball had said they'd bought £40 worth of cheese! Was subsequently corrected; I blame toddler brain! :rotfl:

I am having a very MSE friday night- as you all know I am rubbish at dating and gave up on that last year!

so having a bavaria beer (just incase of a sudden glitch so I can drive!) and dying my hair with some of my stash of hair dyes!

Hair cut today paid for by selling some copy paper bought cheap at T's this morning!

Found the Nuts, picked a few up as ya do, went to SS, they scanned fine at 1p, put my money in and the SS froze and just said processing on the screen. Red light flashed after a few mins SA saw the 1p stuff so i got trouted..win some loose some..

Anyway came home via a different store, found more Nuts but the same thing happened and SS locked up. Luckily SA didnt notice this time and said not to worry if i didnt want the receipt.. phew. Went back to the car, left it 10 mins and went back to try again this time i added a 10p Momam bar into the shop, everything scanned ok and paid with no problems.

As it was 2 stores this happend in, im thinking you cant get away with 1p items without getting something else anymore. Its been a while since i did a 1p shop but dont recall this mentioned before.. Maybe Ts is getting wise..
