I've read about people on here using Avios points successfully and read some discussion forums. I am about to transfer my Shell and Tesco points into Avios for the 2000 point bonuses. I am hoping to provide for long term savings for european family holidays, eurotunnel trips and cheaper upgrade seats.

There are four of us in our family so flying is going to be expensive in future (they're only infants at the moment). We're not a high income family and want to maximise our shopping benefits. Just wondering if any savvy shoppers think i'm doing the wrong thing for our situation?

I had a till spit about converting CC vouchers straight to Avios - bonus 4500 Avios. When I went onto the site (avios.com/tesco4500) it was there for anyone to use but finishes 20th. October which is tomorrow. If you are interested, do it straight away. HTH.

    Good morning everybody.

My heart always sinks when I see the quiz is Music - but managed 9/10 today cos a lot was actually my era!
Dare I ask which era? I fear I might be too old for a music quiz.:o

    Good Friday everyone :T
Someone at sada's is having fun with the mulitply switch... chicago town twin pack and double cream both on multibuy worked in our favour on wednesday but came up correct yesterday :( both were mentioned on here.

Also the chicago town takeaway 458g pizza these work out at 45p or free depending on which coupon you have won . Enter the unique codes found on the twin pack pizza's. Or go to https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4216545 where some kind folk have shared open codes which can be found in magazines, these can be used once per email. Compare to a tesco shop.
Hi can I just ask how you are getting these for 45p please. Tia x
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

It still shows as £1 in T for me but with a little star OOS. :)
    Valid until 23/10.

MySM showing as £1 at T OOS for me.

The article that appeared in the Mail last month mentioned that Asda data is gathered and updated overnight. Tescos is also collected over night but reflects 400 regional variations (so no wonder some people note that some items work for them and not for others).
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2207905/Shoppers-8-600-Asda-spree-free-Loophole-price-guarantee-scheme.html

That being the case, are people who are reporting it as £1/OOS (like me!) logged in or not? I am not but wondering if that makes the diffence as it then reflects your local store(s).

Do you think MSE decided we all needed time out last night for some people to calm down and for others of us to get something productive done ...?
