I returned my chocs yesterday, cs crossed them off my reciept. I then did my shop and used the Apg. I also returned a spice in the last glitch then used the apg

Yoiu are absolutely right and in the early days I mentioned that I had messed up an apg so returned the expensive bits.
I was called all sorts of names even though I explained that I had given the receipt back to the sa to destroy and obviously could not use it as well.

Slightly off topic but have seen lots of people saying they have been refused the balance of an apg to a gift card.
Has the t&c been altered or are they just being stroppy like they were with me about a month ago??

Afternoon all big thanks to COT for nice sparkly new thread just got up from nights and had quick look back and great to see some of the regulars back posting. Not sure if cove is red or blue today can anyone fill me inplease? And is there something going on with catfood glitching iv had a quick look but my sleepy eyes dont help thanks gang:)

I agree with keeping the community forum, but I will not be getting a smart phone even if I could afford one. I have to get my daughter to sort my phone out if it goes on silent or predicive text. If I bought one of those I phones that speak to you I think it would shout at me.
