What a lovely post 3dogs :A You truly have some amazing friends there! I'm glad you've had such a great few weeks. Your doggies are going to be very excited to see you!!

Argh, thanks Claire - yes, Bess and Molly will go mad when they see me   Going to give them a little walk near the kennels to calm them down before I put them into the car ;) especially as they will then be at the groomers for a few hours before coming home ;)

Morning all:) I like Mondays. Start of a new week, things to do, things to achieve etc etc:cool:

Off to Mr T shortly to do a small shop for fresh stuff for tea tonight.
No particular bargains to look out for but I've printed off a couple more reloaded vouchers. Just hope someone in the family likes this stuff when the stash is released:rotfl:

Must remember to look out for nutrigrain biscuits for David.:)

    Catch you later

Why is it women are never allowed to be tired? OH is snoring on the sofa and I am equally as exhausted, yet someone has to be awake to watch our 2yr DD and to make sure everything is ready for when we go away tomo. Just waiting for last load in dryer, then off to bed. Sorry should have said moan alert!!

I know what you mean, I had a 3 year old and a 6 month old who woke up every 2 hours (and did till she was 2!!!). OH never got woken up at night, always my job. I was absolutely pooped and was so pleased to see OH home, told him I could really use a kip, he disappeared upstairs so I went up 10 mins later to see what he was doing, he was fast asleep :mad: I was too exhausted to do anything!

Fyfi - hope everyone involved in that fire is OK.

Morning ( notice the lack of the word good)

Just been woken by all the phones in the house beeping and the house alarm going off due to a power cut, after sorting out the racket and crawling back to bed, not before stubbing same toe twice, could still here a weird noise so got back up, stubbed toe again, and looked out the window to see 4 fire engines 2 ambulances and 1 hell of a fire

I hope everyone from the house is safe and sound.

Thanks. I have decided to tell them I will provide them with a budget of her income and outgoings. They can also look at her sole account but not the joint one. I will also transfer all her DD's over to the sole one( she has a a few new ones on the joint ac). If that is not satisfactory then tough.

Do you have enduring power of attorney? My dad still has all of his faculties and is still physically able so all we had to do was make an appointment for his solicitor to come out and see him and access him to make sure he was still capable to make his own decisions and I think it only cost £80. I can now act for him, sort bills and if I need to I have a cheque book with both names on. If you wait until their mental abilities fail then its a matter for the courts and a much more expensive long drawn out process.

Good morning everyone, I love Mondays, but then I love every day of the week because I wake up on them!

Same here, oh cant understand why I am failing asleep in front of the TV at 9.30 or 10 o'clock - gets really annoyed. He forgets that I am up just after him about 7 and then I am on the go all day, a few hours computer time in the morning or afternoon but then I am on the go doing something or other - still clearing up after dinner or sorting washing up until about 8 at night before slumping on the sofa
Oh gets home from work anytime between 1 and 3 in the afternoon, then has 3 hours on the sofa watching something or other and usually falling asleep and snoring. He then has a couple of hours cooking dinner, sorting the fire etc before hitting the sofa again. This apparently is because he works very hard and gets tired ;)
I am not allowed to be tired :rotfl:
