Hi,
can anyone tell me if there are set regulations about how long a bank should give you to repay an overdraft?
Nationwide have sent a letter today which says my overdraft has been withdrawn and will start to charge me unless i repay the £600 by 31/10/12
Thanks

The can call it in on demand. So three week's notice is a good thing.
It's probably an attempt to get your attention, so my advice is to contact them and talk.
If you don't feel the outcome is fair ask them to justify it under BCOBS regulation 5.1.4.0
