That lamb sounds delish! Have printed off recipe and will try that. Could Mr MWC find some equally delish budget recipes please???? :)

    Hope trip goes well.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    OK, I'll try!
Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
    Mortgage-free: January 2021
Retired: June 2022 (186 months early!)
  • I could get used to staying in luxury 4* hotels :D

The bed is so comfy that I may not be able to get up in the morning! That and the 2/3 bottle of wine with dinner... :rotfl:

  • I'm home from the conference :j Mr MWC is away on a business trip :(

The life has been sucked out of me by a colleague's constant moaning - she's always been a "grumpy old woman" but it really is winding me up now...

And I've consumed far too many calories yet again (no willpower, I can resist everything except temptation...) and now I have fallen behind target with the weight loss :naughty:

Hope all is well in MFWland

Horrible to be around someone moaning like that :( and I can understand eating too much when you are, especially in good hotels. Its really tough to stay with the healthy option! But like GG says, you can do it :)
