    Good morning

Just checked for an accurate mortgage value for the start of MFiT-T3...

    Original mortgage = £88,661.19
    Further advance = £76,858.80
    Total - £165,519.99

When I get home, I'll review all the accounts again and find that £520 (+ daily interest) so I'm under £165,000 by the end of the year :j

ETA: just looked at first page of my diary - on 12 October 2012 the amount outstanding on the FA was £2,973 more than it is today - hurrah!!! :money:
Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
    Mortgage-free: January 2021
Retired: June 2022 (186 months early!)

I'm home safely despite too many happy hour cocktails (VP's credit card) and a 1.5 hour mechanical delay

I did come home to some sad news - I found Miss F dead in the nestbox this afternoon  RIP Miss F, I'll miss your naughtiness and your beautiful little blue eggs. I hope that the mealworms are plentiful in the big chicken coop in the sky :cry::cry:

  • Thanks Mrs MP. Miss F & Miss B were my birthday present from Mr MWC this year and Miss F will be sorely missed

There was a little personal spending during my US trip:

£3.95 on a magazine (previously reported)
$3 on peppermint bark (chocolate) for Mr MWC
    $10 on magazines
$5 on white chocolate peppermint M&Ms

Does the $ spend count? It was leftover money from our NYC trip and that money was given to me by a friend :)

No Aveda goodies in this hotel but they did have some nice white tea aloe toiletries... I've come home with 1 travel size bottle each of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel and 12 (!) bottles of body lotion :D

    RIP little chook :(
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)
