Wozearly, is bang on.
I dont check all my DD, just cry at my balance.
Thankyou (altho you dont know me) for assuming I was hiding it from them and crying about getting found out (where you ussumed that I dont know from my OP)0 -
I think you should ask Aviva for a modest goodwill payment for their error. See what happens.
Perhaps if you did spend a little more time going through your bank statements and managing your money you'd be less likely to cry at the remaining balance in future.0 -
Bit harsh to assume minimi was attempting to be deceptive.
No assumption. I asked the question if it was the case. Assumption would not be worded the same way. It is a fair question to ask as very many people will sit back and hope they get away with it until renewal and then move to a different company and avoid paying. Then when the loan company lets the insurer known that there has been an issue with direct debit and the policyholder is informed, the policyholder then tries to find out if they have any rights to refuse to pay it.
That is a common scenario. I suggest you read post #1 again and see if what was posted fits that scenario "potentially". Hence why it is a valid question to ask.I dont check all my DD, just cry at my balance.
