Would someone take a look at my Hijack This log for me?

I recently downloaded a programme which Avast caught some malware. I decided to run full scans. Avast, Malware Bytes and Sophos all came back with nothing. Spybot found 12 files and said 9 are in use and cannot be removed. I'm not sure what these are but I think they're called coupon something and are tracking cookies.

Big thank you for taking a look! :)

don't use this - remove it via control panel > programs and features. Also do you use swagbucks toolbars and/or searches? I personally remove that also. CCleaner's got a non-destructive reg cleaner, safer to use that :)

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple :D

I've removed Registry Reviver and Swagbucks tool bar. Am I good to go? :)
Thank you for having a look for me :)

    Thank you so much! :)
Which AOL software are you refering to? AOL is my ISP so I've kept things from day 1 which I probably don't need.

Yes, you have ;) You DO NOT need any ISP software to use the broadband connection if you use a router - the ISP logon details are contained in the router, no need at all for sw on your pc (unless you use aohell's awful browser and interface, but you can log in to your aol e-mail by going to their website through a normal browser :)
