How many clients should I be seeing in a week once I am fully up and running?
I know that the two companies I had interviews with, for an employed post, only required two visits per day for five days per week.
This doesn't sound much to me! I know that the visits are time-consuming and involved and that there is a lot of work to get through afterwards.
Realistically how many advised visits would a mortgage adviser be able to do in one week. I don't want you to give away any secrets but this issue of how many I need to see as opposed to how many will actually sign on the dotted line is a curiosity to me!
My Network Company are not putting any minimum signed contracts on me at all but I have been told that getting four per month would be realistic at the beginning.
What do any of the qualified Mortgage Advisers think?0
