Most of the comments here are from 2012 which is probably what is causing your confusion.
According to the official communication the "Super Toy Sale" starts on the 23rd October 2013.
When it starts depends on your store opening time as it will be from store open. So if you shop say at Oldbury it will be 7AM as this store opens at 7. If it is Northfield it will be 8AM as this store opens at 8.
Online (if it is online and not just store) will be midnight 22nd/23rd Oct.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0
