When is Sainsburys half price toy sale on?

Thanks - managed to get a few bits today from my local - only one or 2 of each item left on shelves, but to be honest I didn't think there would be anything left.

There were Power Rangers, wrestling figures, star wars light sabers plus bits I can't remember.

21st oct seems very unlikely as sains always do the sale on a Thursday but that sat is a Sunday. Last few yrs it's always been last thurs in oCtober which coincided with half term but that is a week later this yr so not sure. My guess would be either 25/10 or 1/11 have also noticed almost all the toys gone back up to full price which always happens just before the big sale too so looking promising

I work for Sainsburys and there is nothing in store about it. There are no signs, no displays or anything. I wouldnt be surprised if it doesnt happen.

It is going to be 'up to 50% off' this time so not as good as previous years

I've had it on good authority that the usual toy sale won't be happening this year. There may be some reductions, but it isn't going to be as all-embracing as previously...

Thank you for your posts - really hope you are wrong (In the nicest possible way) but best to be prepared and not be banking on something that may not happen
