1) The MAOAM Mega Vend competition is open to anyone who uses the MAOAM Mega-Vend application on the official MAOAM UK Facebook Page:
www.facebook.com/maoamuk in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2) The competition is open to UK residents aged 13 and above.

3) Participants between the ages of 13 and 16 must ask a parent or guardian for permission to enter the competition.

4) No entries under the age of 13 are allowed.

5) Employees of HARIBO or their immediate families, HARIBO's agencies or anyone professionally connected with this competition are excluded from entering.

6) The promotion runs for 36 days from 1500h hours on 09th October 2012 until 1500 hours on 13th November 2012.

7) No purchase of products is necessary to enter the competition.

8) To enter, participants must successfully complete the following 3 MAOAM Mega Vend challenges:

Challenge 1. Find the MAOAM Stripe: This challenge requires the participant to follow the MAOAM Stripe and guess where it ends up. The participant has to correctly identify the location of the MAOAM Stripe before they can move on to Challenge 2. Challenge 2. Repeat the pattern: This challenge requires the participant to repeat the pattern randomly created by the Mega Vend. Only once the participant completes this challenge successfully they can move on to Challenge 3. Challenge 3. Word Shuffle: This is the final challenge and requires the participant to un-shuffle words and put them in the correct order to create the sentence. This challenge has a 30 second time limit.

Once a participant has successfully completed all 3 challenges, they are randomly awarded either one of 5 randomly selected downloadable fun profile images or one of the following product prizes:

2000 MAOAM wristbands and MAOAM 3 pack Minis (3 x 22g)
2000 MAOAM drawstring bags
2000 MAOAM Pinballs 160g bags
2000 MAOAM Stripes 160g bags
2000 x 2 Giant Stripes 15g (Strawberry and Cola & Lemon)

9) Participants will only be awarded a product prize or a downloadable profile image once per refill of the mega vend machine, irrespective of how many times they successfully complete the challenges. The Mega Vend Machine will be refilled every calendar day at a random time.

10) To enter the competition, participants must provide their name, date of birth and address. These details are only used by the Promoter to administer the competition, unless participants specifically indicate their consent to be contacted by the Promoter in the future. In the event that the required information is not provided, the entry will be considered incomplete and invalid.

11) Participants between the ages of 13 to 16 must have the approval box ticked by their parent or guardian, showing that they have obtained permission to enter the competition.

12) Personal data held by the Promoter will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at http://www.haribo.com/planet/uk/impressum/impressum.html.

13) All prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a product prize with a product of equivalent value if necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
14) Profile) images will be downloadable immediately. Product prizes will be sent out second class by Royal Mail within 28 days of them being awarded. No liability lies with the Promoter should the product prizes be incorrectly delivered, or if there is a case of failure to deliver.
15) The Promoter reserves the right to amend the terms of this competition without notice.
