I'm thinking that myself but why exactly? they did try to dress it up saying we'd be able to move in quicker if we used them.
There's a bit of a conflict of interest there. You're best off going with a personal recommendation or approaching a few solicitors and asking them for quotes to see exactly what you'll be getting for your money.
Have a search on this forum for others in the same situation as you. There's some good advice and comments.0 -
