Scottsh? Power!!

Took the advice off your show to switch our electric supplier and the Scottish Power capped rate seemed like the best, so we went through the process and got a letter through asking us to provide them with supply numbers, after waiting an hour an a half for call back,they informed me that they can't take on our supply as we have 2 meters a day one and an economy 7 and that w're not in there area! We live in Scotland!! Bit of a cheek calling themselves Scottish Power!! Any more handy tips for me?

so you've got your day meter, and also an E7 meter?

The E7 meter is usually a two rate meter (day/night), so does that mean you have three readings?

I've a handy tip.
I've mentioned it umpteen times on this board already, but a reminder is always useful.

Don't even attempt to switch supplier with E10 or similar tariffs involving more than one meter. Attempts to do so invariably end in tears.

Just have two readings but i'll get the other half to check all that as my brain switches off with these things! Tanks Wywth but this is the first time i've eve looked at this forum and first post so i'm afraid my telepathic ability doesn't stretch that far but I KNOW NOW!! :T
