help! high loan to mortgage

Hi, panicing now as just buying first house and borrowede more than value as FTB to furnish new house. borrowed up to teh hilt and now heard about this high loan to mortgage fee, will i be charged this and how much will it be on a 100,000 property? havent been told bout this is my mortgage pack, really scared bout this as really cant afford to pay this up front!

Who is your lender? Some lenders dont charge, even if they do its usually added onto the mortgage at completion time... it will be a couple thousand usually. Check your paperwork or contact your lender/broker to check.0

Are you sur ethe lender didnt provide this information in all the key ilustrations? Or might it be that there is not a charge with this lender?0

just rung the northern rock and there is no charge, phew! there is a product fee of 1000 but it is added to the loan so its all good, happy again now! thanks for your advice!0

So, you were worried about a MIG, but think nothing about having a 1000 product fee added to your loan?0 -
no cos i can afford my repayments, i cant afford to stump up 2000 now! so no i dont mind as i know i am borrowing more than 100%0
