Redundancy MPPI

Hi
I was made redundant on 31st August & thankfully had a Mortgage payment protection policy in place, I have supplied all details they have requested & have agreed to make 1st payment into my account within next 7 days.
To accept my claim each month I must complete a form, prove that I am still receiving JSA & actively seeking work.
Does anyone know how my claim would be affected if I worked less than 16 hours although not on a permanant basis or more than 16 hours, again not on permenant basis, as work may be through a recruitment agency. Obviously I would not receive my jobseekers allowance in the over 16 hours case & probably a reduced amount in the under 16 hours case.
Thanks in Advance
