Travis Perkins usually have 2 prices, 1 for joe blogs that walks in and 2 for the trade, when getting a quote ask for the trade price

yes B & Q do have the value panels and if you know of someone who is over 60 they also get a further 10% of all day on wed:j , even more value, and some delever .

No worth getting value panels in the long run , best spending just a few pounds more to get a quality panel that will withstand the weather better

Yes, there is a major UK shortage of "Lap" & Closeboard" type of Fence Panels in the UK which is a direct result of the Jan 07 Gales. The situation is NOT expect to improve much before June at the earliest which has been componded by a global shortage of the timber components required to make a Fence Panel due to timber supplies ending up in other markets such as China, & the Middle East for construction use.
Several friends having found a lack of the above Panels have sourced the new really smart European type of "Elite" panels which last much longer & create a great garden that your neighours will aspire to.
They have all used a company called https://www.click4garden.co.uk and have been really impressed with the service etc
PS. They also do Willow Panels as well - & delivery is FOC. The Easter offer page is still life so try it quick
