Hi,
Can anyone help on this.... think I know the answer but I'll ask anyway.
I have posted an item to someone on Ebay and after over 2 weeks the buyer didn't receive it. I used Royal mail and it was standard delivery as it wasn't worth a lot of money. What can I do...? can I do anything other than posting another item ? Would appreciate any help on this ...

You'll have to refund the buyer or send out another one to them. As for getting your money back from RM, you'll need a certificate or posting as you didn't use a recorded method. If you don't have one of these then you won't be able to get a refund0

Will just send another one saves any hassle. If I did have a certificate how could I prove to Royal Mail that the buyer didn't get it? Or is it a long drawn out process..?0 -

It is quite a long process. You just fill out a form saying it got lost in the post. It covers you up to £28
