Annoyed!

Discharged on the 19th September. I've been logging in and out of Noddle which updates it files today, so excited to see if any of my creditors have updated my files to show settled, but no, they haven't, so I guess I wait until next month now. Anyone else in the same boat?

Hi Lala, Tbh I wouldn't just reply on Noodle.....check the 3 main CRA's and if your creditors still haven't changed your details, email them with a Copy of your BO (Bankrupcy Order) or your proof of discharge and they will help you too.

They are £2 each for paper/online copies.

    Click on blue links below:-

    Equifax - Click here

    Callcredit - Click here
NB: You can't order a paper copy online, they would rather you pay £12 don’t do that just print off the application form, P.O. for £2 and post this recorded delivery.

Thanks If, I'm probably jumping the gun a little and should wait the 3 months that everyone suggests. Noddle appear to have all my information of every account however.

Same here. It's 0 days for me, but it's not updated yet.
I only signed up last month, but I am *thinking* it will be updated just after the time you first signed up. Check if you still have the welcome email. Mine should be just after 2 today...

I think they are all slow. My BR isn't on there yet and I went BR in May. I suspect it may be on there when I get this months report, if so that will have taken 5 months.

May be worth sending proof of the discharge to your creditors to try to speed things up. Credit accounts records are updated with the CRAs once a month.

Thank you for your response. On a slightly different issue but related, I had a joint account which was part of my BR, will this defaulted account become settled too? The other person isn't BR.

While there is an argument on fairness that your file should state it is settled on your part, technically the account is not settled unless you both went BR.

Seems that in most cases the 2nd interpretation prevails, but may be worth a go anyway.

Thanks for sharing the link too!

This may seem like a silly question but does it hurt to sign up to it now, even if you are undischarged?
