I tried to switch to First:Utility's iSave Fixed March 2014 last week but was informed, via email, that as I had an Economy 7 meter (two meter readings - one for day and one for night) that I could not switch to this plan. I phoned their Customer Services and informed them that I was on a single rate for electricity with my current supplier and they simply added the two readings together and charged me. They told me that their 'computer systems' could not cope with 2 meter readings and so they could not provide me with electricity. I think you should update your Cheap Gas and Elect page on the website to highlight this restriction.0
