Do I have to put up with their arguing?

I've been working for the same company for around 4 years. It's a family business and I'm the only "outside" employee. I know I'm finishing to go on maternity leave soon but I just wanted to ask if I have to put up with them arguing and shouting at each other.
I try to stay out of it but it affects my work (I currently can't start working as it relies on one of them doing a job first but they are shouting over building plans they have within the unit).
Do I have any right to leave? I really can't cope with all this shouting.

Have you ever spoken to them about it in the 4 years you've been working there?.................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Yep. Makes no difference. Usually it doesn't bother me too much because I can just get my head down and work but it's rather quiet here atm. So I'm just sat listening to it.0

You can resign if you don't like it.
Not really any other options though.0 -
I don't think this is the time to resign if you're soon to go on maternity leave. But while you're off if things have got so bad maybe you could look around for something else.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Just stand up and at the top of your voice shout.
STOP SHOUTING DAMMIT
You'll get some sort of reaction lolmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
You're probably right. I've got 8 weeks to ML, 3/4 weeks til I go down to part time so I'll just put up with it and see how they go when I'm not here.
I've already told them numerous times that they'll struggle to keep another employee here if they carry on the way they are. I'm very loyal to them, been here since the start and was almost part of the family, gonna make it a hard decision at the end of ML.
Edit: saw McKneff's post - That has been done before now. I've even walked out of work when wife and son decided they'd had enough of husband for the day. Didn't see why I should have to stay. Noone even told me they were leaving. So sod it. Got paid anyway.0 -

Interesting that you use the past tense.
You have been with the company for 4 years, so what has changed ?
Have the other family members only recently started to argue, or do you feel that you are now being treated differently than you were before ?
What is the real issue ?0 -
Just put up with it, just think of what you would/could be doing when you go down to part time hours.0

I was almost part of the family as I was in a relationship with their other son. He broke it off nearly two years ago, when I was living with them. Meaning I had to move into my mothers. Wife turned up just before Christmas with my bonus and tears in her eyes because she thought that I wouldn't want to go back to work. I'm treated well by them still, as if I was family.
What's changed is wife has been getting to the end of her tether with husband (not just work related) and has been speaking of leaving. Son joined company a year and a half ago. He too now has had enough of husband. 8 or so months ago the company went Ltd. and is equally shared between wife, husband and son with son2(the ex) getting a small share but no input.
Wife was always strong and stood her ground. But now is completely deflated. I'm gonna blame my hormones but I've been worrying more about them recently and don't like the arguing because it's like being on a sinking ship. I'm not even sure there will be a job for me to return to tbh. Though they've kept going for 4 years so...0 -
Put some headphones on and just ignore them.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0
