My monthly Staywarm payment is due tomorrow and I'm wondering what to do about continuing with them. I thought about phoning them to see if they could elaborate on the suggestion that costs are being reduced.

Gal, do you know when we will know whether prices are changing in our area? There are rumours it's some time this month and I had understood they were writing to all customers, or will they only write to those who are affected by the price cut?0
