2yrs ago i found a seller through a website alibaba. I was very green at the time and now know better. I wanted to buy some mobile phones from a seller on there in sweden and checked out the company, everything seemed ok. I made an order of £5,600. I was ripped off. I tried to claim the money back through the bank but was unsuccessful, when the bank in sweden asked the man to return the money he said he would contact me and return the money to me of course he did not. it was reported to the police there in sweden and they questioned the man but as yet have not done anything else. anyone any advice of what can now be done or how i can get my money back.

After 2 years, I would think you stand little chance of getting your money back. Have you tried contacting the Swedish police again?

yes i have been in constant contact with the swedish police but they dont seem to be able to do anything. they have taken his computer and found evidence of everything i told them but they do nothing. they gave him my number so that he could arrange to pay me back. he called me and told me a load of rubbish. i also reported it to the police here when it first happened but they said because it happened in sweden it had to be delt with there.
