Astra Design 1.6 55 Reg

Hi all,

My parents recently bought an Astra Design from auction however, the car did not come with a manual, so I decided to go online and download one from Vauxhall's website. However, certain aspects are not clear to them and myself:

Firstly: the door-to-door lighting function - how does it work? What does it do?

Secondly: as the car comes with a CD30 entertainment unit, is there any possibility to have an AUX connected to it? I cannot seem to find any connection for an AUX around the central console.

Its a shame you have to do it every time you exit the vehicle.

However, do you happen to know about the AUX in or anyone else on the forum please?

dont think the 55 plates got them my own 55 astra design doesnt have it although mine is the 6 discs in dash dab radio
im sure the the later ones 08 have them as standard
the only thing you can do is as above and retrofit one
