i had to upgrade my paypal account 2 a business account to get a credit card payment from a cashback website now i want to downgrade my account to normal as i have to pay fee for money coming into my account

I think its the case that once you have upgraded, you can downgrade but CANT upgrade again?

I think so anyway, so think about it carefully!

If you upgrade your account, you can downgrade once and once only. So if you downgrade and then upgrade again, you won't be able to downgrade again.

I downgraded my account in the past. Can I downgrade it again?

No. Members are permitted to downgrade their account from a Business/Premier Account to a Personal Account once.

Also, make sure that your ebay auctions don't have the box ticked that says you accept paypal, because that implies you WILL accept cc payments. I've been caught out by this in the past. You can state in your payment instructions that you will accept non-cc-funded paypal payments, but be prepared for people to misread or ignore this
