Whether someone on here, or in person, thinks this treatment is bullying or not is not the question - if someone feels bullied, put down, or victimised, then they are. It is all about the perception of the person who is on the receiving end. What may be seen a funny or a joke by someone else becomes invalid if the person on the receiving end feels otherwise.

If someone had opened a website/page on a social media about myself, especially mocking me or the fact I was upset I had lost a family pet I personally would absolutely see that as inappropriate and bullying behaviour. Designed to make the person on the receiving the butt of a joke and degraded.

I hope this is all sorted for you OP, must not be nice to have to go through this. Try to smile, engage, laugh and take an interest in others at work if you don't do so already. Be inclusive to others. Don't let bad behaviour by a few make you feel small or worthless. Head up and smile like you mean it.

Does this duty extend beyond the workplace?

Yes. Certainly if the OP's only links with alleged perpetrators is at work. Also, we are told, the company is named in the FB posts which could certainly be bringing the company into disrepute. There is an implied duty on any employee not to do this even if it is not specifically mentioned in the company handbook or contracts.
