Citymain mobile phone insurers ???

Has anybody had any dealings with this company ?

I have phone insurance with them for a Galaxy S3 I bought from buymobiles.com. I need to send the phone to them as the screen is cracked but I done a quick Google search of them and it didn't make good reading. They were being accused of being really slow and awkward to deal with.

Has anyone had a good or bad experience with them ?

Sadly i think your a bit late to have 2nd thoughts.

Seems like its a case of claim and keep your fingers crossed or pay for the repair yourself.

Yeah I realise what your saying. I suppose I'm hoping for someone to come on here and allay my fears by telling me how the reviews I read must have been very one sided and that they are in actual fact amazingly wonderful insurers who get the job done quickly and hassle free.

You wont find any phone insurer that gets good reviews, its basically the nature of the product and the typical customer behaviour that has compounded it

So the people giving the bad reviews are most likely people who have made dodgy claims ?

The problem is so many people have had "accidents" that insurers have made the terms very tight and apply them strictly. Plus more people actively buy it than getting added to their contracts without realising also increases claims rates

Never heard of them, but dont be put off my mixed reviews, we are with protect your bubble after lots of research who have been nothing but professional, I think there are a lot of scammers out there that vent their frustration on the review sites! good luck
